As this case makes its way through the court system, and receives media coverage, it raises the question whether Encompass will be able to maintain its level of patient referrals from what amounts to an all woman source, or whether like the nine women, they will be nauseated the treatment of the sexual harassment victims, and chose to send patients to its competitors.
